Meet RecapTeams from in and around Jacksonville and North Florida unleashed their district fury on the course at Bartram Trail High School site of the 3A-3 meet. Both runners pouring their hearts out in the last 50 meters, their emotions saying it all, Bias pulls away by the narrowest of margins to win in 16:37.60. Less than two seconds later Kemp crosses in 16:39.50. Tampa and Boyer round out the top four in 16:44.99 and 16:47.32. The four-some were the only runners to break seventeen minutes.
